Albert Duane McKenney, 78, passed away on December 24, 2024 in Wichita, Ks. He was born on April 21, 1946 in Sabetha, Ks to Dana and Luella (Butrick) McKenney.

After high school, he was drafted into the United States Army where he was then honorably discharged. He worked in construction as a roofer until retirement. He looked forward to the Friday night dances at the senior center and playing bingo. His favorite thing to do was to meet up with his buddies every morning at Spangles and have coffee.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Bonnie, and three siblings.

He is survived by his three children; Samuel (Angie) McKenney, Michael (Lindsey) McKenney, Mechelle (Aaron) Wendt, three bonus children; Jerry (Judy) Crumley, James Kesinger, and Cindy Crumley, 18 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
