Allen Matthew Harrer, 69, passed away on June 18, 2026 at his home in Bel Aire, Ks. He was born on July 15, 1956 at the Fort Sill Army Hospital in Lawton, OK.
Al was a 40+ year member of Sheet Metal Workers Local 10 Union in MN and worked in the commercial bakery equipment industry. He loved life and was always known for tinkering in his garage. Al enjoyed golfing, fishing, playing pool, building bird houses, etc, spending time with family and friends, PBR and grape Swisher cigars. It seems there was nowhere that he could go without running into someone that he knew. He touched the lives of many people in a positive way and he will be greatly missed.
He is preceded in death by his stepfather, Bill Tuomisto; son, Roy Harrer, stepbrother, Roger Tuomisto and stepsister in law, Sue Tuomisto.
He is survived by his wife, Debra Harrer, children; Myia Harrer, and Ajay Harrer, step children; Ashley (Danny) Stone, and Cassie (Matt) Jensen, mother, June Tuomisto, brother, Adam (Lenora) Harrer, sister, Kimberly (Dave Krenz) Marty, several step siblings/nieces/nephews, half-sister, Jenny (Tom) Nelson with niece Danica and nephew Donavan; half-sister, Penny Harrer and four grandchildren; Kaiden Jensen, Peyton Jensen, Tehya Thomas and Kaelee Thomas.
