Amanda Rose Cole, 45, of Wichita, died Sunday, January 18, 2026 at Ascension Via Christi Medical Center-St. Francis Campus in Wichita, Kansas.

She was born on August 28, 1980 in Wichita. Amanda was raised in the Mulvane area. She graduated from Cowley College and later received a Master's Degree from Kansas Newman College.

Through the years Amanda had worked as a drug counselor. She loved to garden, cook, make jewelry and spend time with her cats.

Survivors include her daughter Eva "Bryan" Cole of Texas; mother Diana McCrea Holcomb; brother Austin Cole; and sister Cassandra Maughan all of Wichita.

Amanda is preceded in death by her father Kent Cole; sister Sarah Cole; and step-father Frank Holcomb.

The family will hold a private celebration of life for Amanda.
