Amanda Cyncar Savoy, 77, died Saturday April 11, 2026, at her home in Haysville, Kansas.

She was born on May 5, 1948 in Cambodia and was raised in Thailand.

Amanda came to the United States in 1975 and married John A. Cyncar. They lived in Colorado Springs and were divorced in 1989.

She later married Alton "Tony" Savoy, III on April 12, 1991 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As Tony was an Army Recruiter, they traveled across the country, eventually settling in Haysville in April 2009.

Amanda loved to go fishing, gardening, and cooking.

Survivors include her husband Tony of the home in Haysville; son John A. Cyncar, Jr. of Concord, New Hampshire; daughter Won Pen "Penny" Taylor of Valdesta, Georgia; grandchildren Robert Michael Cyncar, Jose Fiddler, Michelle Rinehart, Zion Taylor, Jesse Taylor; and great grandchildren Michael Nathaniel Cyncar, Weston Lymas, Guineveve Lymas.

Amanda is preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother.

Arrangements are by Affordable Cremations Plus, Wichita, Kansas.
