Audrey Donnell Bedell, 44, reached for the hands of Jesus on April 22, 2025 at his home in Wichita, Kansas.

He was born on August 17, 1980 in Kansas City, Kansas, the son of Myles and Margaret Ensley Bedell, Sr. Audrey was raised in the Kansas City area and joined the Job Corp in Manhattan, Kansas when he was 18 years old.

Audrey married Jessie Dixon on June 12, 1999 in Manhattan and moved to Wichita in 2007. Although they were divorced the two remained very close.

For the past 14 years Audrey had worked for DHL Express Service in Wichita. He was a member of the Heritage Family Church and was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan.

Those sharing in their grief are his sons Myles Bedell and J'Von Bedell both of Wichita; mother Maragret Bedell of Independence, Mo.; sister Tichele Bedell of Lenexa, Ks.; brothers Patrick Bedell, Michael Bedell, Shannon Bedell all of Kansas City, Ks., and Charles Bedell of Kansas City, Mo.; along with his ex-wife Jessie Bedell of Wichita.

Audrey was greeted in Heaven by his father and brother Myles Bedell, Jr.

The casket will be open for viewing on Friday, May 9 between 2:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. at Affordable Cremations Plus in Wichita.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, May 10 at Heritage Family Church, 3840 N. Seneca in Wichita.

Audrey's care has been placed with Affordable Cremations Plus, Wichita, Kansas.
