Belinda Joyce Fulton, 62, went to be with the Lord on October 4, 2025 in Valley Center, Ks. She was born on March 8, 1963.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Zelma Woods, father, R.E. Buck Woods, brother, Richard Dale Wood, daughter, Amanda Dawn Shaffer, and nephew Richard Lee Woods.

She is survived by her brother, F. Lee Wood, sisters; Barbara (Jim) Keeter, and Brenda Ralston, her caregiver and niece, Cassandra Hernandez, and nephew, Robert Calisti, as well as numerous great nieces and nephews.

She will be missed by all her family and friends. No services to be held.
