Bobby Norman Overby Jr., 65, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2025 at Ascension Via Christi St Francis Hospital in Wichita, Ks. He was born on June 22, 1960 in Blairs, Va.

Bobby was a long time resident of Wichita, Ks. He was a one of a kind person with many talents, interests and hobbies. He took great pride in his Viking heritage. He loved his family more than anything. He was shy but his smile lit up a room.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Kay Reynolds (Werlein), father, Bobby Norman Overby Sr., step sister, Stephanie Greiert, aunt, Shirley Gower, and his grandparents.

Bobby is survived by his step father, Fred Reynolds, brother, Brian Overby, uncle, Don Werlein, children; Laryssa Deaver, Brent Overby, four grandchildren, 5 nieces and nephews and numerous cousins and extended family.

A Celebration of life for family and close friends will be held a later date.

He will truly be missed.
