Brian Louis Ernst, 40, passed away on August 19, 2025 at home surrounded by immediate family.

Brian was born in Salina, Kansas to Steve and Sheryl Ernst on October 30, 1984.  He graduated from Augusta High School and then pledged and became a TKE at Kansas State University.  He finished up his bachelor's degree at Wichita State in 2014.

Brian was always up for something new and loved talking with others. He enjoyed cheering on the K-State Wildcats (EMAW!), Atlanta Falcons and San Diego Padres.  His love of music took him on several 311 cruises.

Brian is survived by his parents, Steve and Sheryl, and sister, Heather. Although his journey through life was filled with personal struggles, his soul can now be at peace.

A Celebration of Life will be held on September 14th, 2025 from 1 to 3 at the Cottonwood Shelter in the Sedgwick County Park.
