Charlotte May Welliver, 72, died Saturday, January 3, 2026 at her home in Wichita, Kansas.

She was born on October 22, 1953 in Wellington, Kansas, the daughter of Lloyd and Nathalee Ferguson Goble. Charlotte was raised in the Conway Springs area where she graduated from high school.

She continued to live in Conway Springs until moving to Wichita in 1991. For several years she had worked at the Sedgwick County Courthouse as a computer technician. She loved going to the casino and spending time with her friend Mary.

Survivors include her daughter Diana Giles and husband Lindell of Norwich, Ks.; sons Travis Welliver of Park City along with Travis Welliver, Jr. and Anna Farias; brother Arland Goble and wife Francis of Bowie, Tx.; her cousin Dennis Ferguson and wife Shelly of Nocona, Tx. who was raised with her; grandchildren Desiree Reynolds, Kyler Rupe, Autumn Umholtz; and great grandchildren Natalie Welliver, Kayleigh Umholtz, Indiana Rupe,  and twins McKenna and Madilyn Umholtz.

Memorial services will be held at 9:00 A.M., Saturday, January 10 at Affordable Cremations Plus in Wichita, Kansas.
