Cindy Jean Shock, 67, passed away on March 23, 2025 in Wichita, Ks. She was born on December 16, 1957 to Bert and Vendetta (Browning) Miner in Los Angeles, Ca.

Cindy enjoyed writing poems, all types of music and going dancing. She also liked to go fishing and spend time with her family going on picnics. She will be remembered for her stubborn and onery attitude and being a daddy's girl.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Vendetta Browning, and sister, LaQuita Miner.

She is survived by her children; Stanley Mitchell Elms Jr., Vendetta Marie Vandegrift, and Joseph Clifford Elms, father, Bert Miner (Callie), siblings; Sandra Miner, Bert Thomas Miner, Mark Miner, Robert Miner, Candy Bond, Kristie Tindle, and Cheri Jeter, two grandchildren; Bryan Alexander Elms and Emilie Marie Elms, two great grandchildren; Xander Elms, and Mazikeen Elms.
