Danielle Roz-Olivia Jones-Monroe, 30, of Wichita, met her Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at Ascension Via Christi Medical Center-St. Francis Campus in Wichita, Kansas.

She was born on March 28, 1995 in Munster, Indiana. Danielle graduated from Westside High School in Gary, Indiana where she ran track, played softball and volleyball. She later attended White Bear College in White Bear, Minnesota.

Through the years she lived with her loving family in Gary, Indiana and St. Paul, Minnesota before moving to Wichita in 2018. Danielle had been the manager of the North Broadway location of Popeyes Chicken in Wichita.

She loved listening to a variety of music, including Tasha Cobbs and Mavrick.

Those remembering her life are her son Kyng Jones and her mother Monique Jones Buggs of Wichita; brothers Darnell Jones of Terri Haute, Indiana, Jaylen Jones of St. Paul, Minnesota, Montell Mosley of Chicago, Illinois; sisters Veronika Williams, Faith Buggs, and Cerenity Buggs of Wichita; along with her aunts and uncles Roslynn Jones, Timothy Jones, and Maria Sanchez all of East Chicago, Indiana.

She has joined her grandmother Mary Lee Jones, as well as uncles Marcus Jackson and Terrance Jackson and her father Darnell Edward Elmore.

A Celebration of her Life will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, September 20th at  Affordable Cremations Plus, Wichita, Kansas.
