Obituary

Danny Allen Wall, 73,  of Wichita, KS, passed away peacefully on November 2nd, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Born on August 18, 1951, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, to Alex Wall Jr and Floy Juanita Wall.  Danny was a devoted husband, brother, father, grandfather, and friend who touched the lives of all who knew him with his dedication and unwavering support.

Danny grew up in Wichita where he met his high school sweetheart Phyllis at Wichita South High School, and they were married in 1971. They raised their family in Wichita and he retired after a long career in sales, radio, and broadcast television where he was known for a keen business acumen and a sharp understanding of the media landscape. He was instrumental in navigating the changing dynamics of the advertising world. He spent his life building relationships through his career and family involvement.  His work ethic and dedication were admired by all who had the privilege of working with him. His ability to inspire those around him was unmatched, and he left a lasting mark on the industry.

Above all Danny will be remembered for his love of family.  He was a proud father to Tara Wall-Meyer and Audrey (Wall) Nittler and a devoted grandfather to his five grandchildren; Rhiley Wall, Makenna Meyer, Dashall Meyer, Gentry Nittler, and Jovi Nittler.  His family was his greatest joy and he spent countless hours teaching them life lessons, sharing stories and offering guidance.

He is survived by his wife Phyllis Wall; daughter Tara Wall-Meyer and her husband Dusty Meyer; their children Rhiley Wall, Makenna Meyer, and Dashall Meyer; daughter Audrey Nittler and her husband Travis Nittler; their daughters Gentry and Jovi Nittler; his mother Floy Juanita Wall; sister Lorie Wall; brother Gary Wall. He is preceded in death by his father Alex Wall Jr and brother Mike Wall.

A celebration of Danny's life will be held Saturday, November 9th, at Rolling HIlls Country Club, 223 W Westlink, Wichita, Ks from 10 am to Noon.  This will be an open house with no formal ceremony.
