Debra Lee Stout, 72, passed away on July 13, 2025 in Wichita, Ks. She was born on January 3, 1953 in Wichita to Lloyd and Carolyn (Lambky) Winn.

She enjoyed going to the casino every chance she could and playing bingo. She loved to cook and spend time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Mike Winn.

She is survived by her husband, Mickey Stout, sons; Brad Short, Cody Stout, and Clint Stout, sister, Michelle Haun, and two grandchildren; Maxwell Stout and Macy Stout.

Graveside services to be held on Friday, July 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Mulvane Cemetery, Mulvane, Ks.

Arrangements are by Affordable Cremations Plus, Wichita, Ks.
