Denise Norene Brown, 56, died Monday, September 2, 2024 at her home in Arkansas City, Kansas surrounded by her family.

She was born on November 24, 1967 in National City, California. Denise was raised in California where she lived until 1993, when she moved to Warsaw, Missouri, which is where she started her family.

She married Kenneth Howard Brown on February 14, 1996 in Missouri. They moved to Arkansas City in 2002.

Survivors include her husband Kenneth of the home; son K.J. Brown and Skileigh Randall of Dexter; daughters Victoria Brown and Brittany Brown both of Arkansas City; brother Sean Scheider of National City, Calif.; and 13 grandchildren.

Denise is preceded in death by her father Patrick Scheider and mother Judith Montgomery Payton.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 8 between 12:00 Noon and 3:00 P.M., at the Paris Park, 600 West 5th Avenue, Arkansas City.
