Dennis Rice

Dennis Eugene Rice, 69, passed away peacefully on July 23, 2026, with his beloved partner, Linda, and close friends by his side. Born on October 30, 1956, in Missouri to Daniel and Ada Rice, Dennis lived a life marked by strong dedication, hard work, and a wide-ranging sense of adventure. Over the years he served as a skilled HVAC Supervisor leading crews on project sites across Wichita, Kansas, as well as at the State Capitol in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In addition to his trade, Dennis took to the open road as an over-the-road truck driver, traveling extensively across the United States and Canada.

In 1988 Dennis met Linda Lane, beginning a strong, enduring partnership that spanned 38 wonderful years together.

In keeping with his wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Dennis’s life and honor his memory in their own personal way.
