It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Diana Lynn Wiegand, 71 on May 15th 2026 surrounded by family. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and friend. She was known for her quick wit, strong spirit and the way she could make people laugh.

Diana was born January 28th, 1955 in Peoria, Illinois to Donna Jellison. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Donna and a granddaughter.

Survivors include her daughter Stephanie Cooke and husband Jon of Salina; son Steven Wiegand and wife Jerilane of Peoria; seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

She leaves behind family and friends who will miss her deeply and remember her with love and laughter.

Celebration of life will be Saturday May 23rd, 2026 at 4pm at Kenwood Park in Salina.  Cremation was chosen.

Donations may be made to Gentiva Hospice of Salina.
