Donald Scott Sweeten, 65, passed away on September 4, 2025 in Wichita, Ks. He was born on October 22, 1959 in Bossier City, La to Donald Lee Sweeten and Norma June Edgner.

He loved motorcycles and hot rods. He was a skilled mechanic and could fix anything. As a teenager he raced stock cars at 81 Speedway in Wichita. He was a true patriot and loved the red white and blue. He would help anyone in need, and loved spending time with his family especially his nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Brian Sweeten, and sister, Donna Sweeten.

He is survived by his brother, Robert "Bob" Sweeten, and his wife, Lynn, and numerous nieces and nephews who he loved dearly.

Memorial service will be held on Saturday September 13, 2025 at 10am at Faith Church 325 N. Emporia Valley Center, Kansas 67147.
