Elizabeth May Smith (Moulos), born in San Francisco, CA on Oct. 14, 1942, she passed away peacefully at home in Wichita, KS on Jan. 6, 2026. She is preceded in death by her parents; Catherine A. and Menas E. Moulos, and her brother Ernest H. Moulos. She is survived by her husband of 58 yrs. John P. Smith, her daughter Roxanne E. Scarry (Ed), her son Chad H. Smith (Robin), her grandsons Courtney K. Simon-Scarry (Jen) and Caton A. Scarry (Courtnie), her great granddaughter Kiera and great grandsons Cory and Caleb, her sister in law Kay Thomas-Moulas, and nephews Peter A. Moulos(Maria) and Nicholas H. Moulos(Kim).
Elizabeth spent many of her years investing and selling antiques at different antique shows. She was an enormous animal lover. She loved horse racing. Secretariat was her favorite. She also loved and spent many days at the Wichita Greyhound track, owning several retired greyhounds as well. She studied and loved the history of the Civil War and had quite a collection of memorabilia from the war. She was a die hard Minnesota Vikings fan and loved the sport of football as much as anyone possibly could. She was eccentric and a great force to be reckoned with. She was loved and will be missed greatly by many.
