Elvira E. Upson-Kilroy, 99, passed away on July 26, 2025 in Wichita, Ks. She was born October 27, 1925 to Ephriam "Pete" and Martha (Schwindt) Bernbeck in Trego County, Ks.

Elvira was a longtime member of the Eastern Star. She was a world wide traveler, she loved going on trips with her family every chance she had. She was loved by everyone.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Robert John Upson, and Richard Kilroy, and son, Kerby Upson, two brothers, Donald and Gerald Bernbeck, and sister, Kay Horchem.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Huster (Tom), daughter, Karen Walker, brother, Gary Bernbeck (Anita), sister, Wanda McKenzie, four grandchildren; Sean Huster, Jared Huster, Laverne Coffman, and Carrie Hendrix, 8 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.

Internment to take place in Cassville, Missouri. Arrangements are by Affordable Cremations Plus, Wichita, Ks. Internment by Fohn Funeral Home – Cassville, Missouri.
