EMMETT LEE JOHNSON JR, 70, went to his heavenly home Monday, September 2, 2024. He passed away from injury complications from a accidental fall.

He was born in Brawley, California on September 6, 1953, to parents Emmett Lee and Mary Louise (Freire) Johnson, Sr.

Emmett was a Husband, father, brother, cousin, neighborhood handyman, helper, and friend. He is already sorely missed!

He is survived by wife of 23-1/2 years, Deborah Bahr Johnson of the home; his sister Karen in California; three daughters from previous marriages who live out of state; and his son Chase of Wichita.

Emmett is preceded by his brother Ron; mother Mary Louise Freire Johnson; and father Emmett L. Johnson.

A Celebration of Life and informal come and go gathering will be held Saturday   September 28th, from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at Riverlawn Christian Church, 4243 N. Meridian, Wichita   67204 in the HARBOR ROOM. Please use the south entrance.
