Eugene "Teddy" Edward Favart Jr., resident of Rose Hill, Kansas, passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at the age of 59.
Teddy was born on a Sunday on June 12, 1966, at Wesley Hospital in Wichita, Kansas to Eugene Edward Sr., and Joanne Elsie (Mosburg) Favart.
He attended Rose Hill Schools. During high school he worked at "Joyland" on weekends, and summers, which soon turned into a full-time position. Teddy was an electrician by trade owning a CB repair shop in Arkansas for 13 years. A profession he loved where he met and made many friends. He was one of those kinds of people, who could fix anything holding various jobs in Arkansas, and Wichita, Kansas. He enjoyed fixing or diagnosing repairs on many bicycles, machines, boats, and motorcycles.
He was an animal lover, especially dogs. He would spend hours training them to do tricks. Teddy was a prankster, joker and the life of the party.
His Father, Eugene Sr., Daughters Madison Favart of Littlerock, Arkansas, and Felisha Martin of Kansas City, Kansas survive Teddy. A sister Debra (Gary) Crisler of Mulvane, Kansas, Aunt Ruth and Uncle Don Brooks of Carbondale, Kansas, Aunt Adele Shaw, and Uncle Phillip Favart of Florida and many cousins, nephews and nieces survive him as well.
Teddy is preceded in death by his Mother Joanne, Brothers Douglas Edward, and Darren Edward Favart; Grandparents Eugene E. and Blanche Favart, Eldo and Virginia Mosburg, Edith and Don Thurber; Aunt Loretta and Uncle Chellan Kopfer, Aunt Anita and Uncle Hank McManus, Uncle Dale Shaw and Cousin Henry McManus.
A service will be held at a later date.
