Gary Dean Phillips, 83, passed away on April 13, 2026 at his home in Wichita, Ks. He was born on October 5, 1942 in Oconto Falls, WI to Bert and Bertha (Andersen) Phillips.

Gary was in the Air Force for 8 years and worked for the Bell System until retirement in June 1995.

He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Betty Marrs, and brother, Byron Phillips,

He is survived by his wife, Carla, daughter, Dionne Phillips, son, Bret Phillips, and two grandchildren; Randy Phillips, and Jenna Miller.

Celebration of life will be held on May 25, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Sedgwick County Park Horseshoe Shelter.
