Jacob Allen McCullough Steffen, 42, passed away on December 22, 2025 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Ks. He was born on April 7, 1983 at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center in Chanute, Ks.

Jacob was a great person with a big heart and a great sense of humor. His smile and laughter will be missed. He loved his family, his dog Ginger who was his best friend and always by his side.

He is survived by his husband, Dustin R. Steffen, his dog, Ginger, father, Melvin Harry McCullough, mother, Michelle Lynne Leyvas, brother, Tyler Anthony McCullough, brother, Brandan Joseph Crigger, sister, Alyssa Michelle McCullough, nephews; Blake Chambless, Zavior Crigger, niece, Kaylie Chambless and Darsha Wymore.
