James M. Parks, 78, former Frito Lay salesman and avid fisherman, passed away on October 17, 2025 at his home in Wichita, Ks.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Howard and Doris Parks, brothers; Wiliam, Howard, and Stanley Parks.

He is survived by his wife, Kay, daughters; Shelley (Michael) Layton, and Jamie (Brad) Moss, Heather Bright, grandchildren; Nathan, Danielle, Lindsay, Seth, Skylar, and two great grandchildren; Rylan and William.

Private family services to be held.
