Jamie Mainzer, 55, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away on February 6, 2026.
Jamie was born on September 9, 1970, in Wichita, Kansas. He built a life rooted in hard work and dedication, spending his career as a commercial HVAC installer, often traveling the country, and ensuring every job was done right. He was a hardworking, humorous, big-hearted man and a devoted father who would do anything for the people he loved.
Jamie found joy in the things that spoke to his spirit. He loved classic rock music, concerts, collected cars and model ships, and took pride in the details of the things he cared about. These passions brought him happiness throughout his life and are memories his family will cherish forever.
Jamie is survived by: his biological father, James (Nancy) Haggard; his wife, Jennifer Dyer - Mainzer; his son, Justin O'Quinn; his daughters, Annie (Scott) Bryant, Kalynn Mainzer (Shelby Jones); His sister, Kimberly Peterson; His Aunt, Mary Gehrer; and his beloved grandchildren; Stella and Sterling Bryant.
He was preceded in death by: his grandparents, Russel (Hermina) Hendricks; and his parents Robert (Rebecca) Mainzer.
We love you, and will miss you, forever Daddio.
A celebration of life will be held on March 14 at Lake Afton, Shelter #5 at 2 p.m.
