Jeffrey E. Perz, 56, of Wichita, went home to be with the Lord on January 20, 2025 at Ascension Via Christi Medical Center-St. Teresa Campus in Wichita, Kansas.

He was born on May 5, 1968 in Blue Island, Illinois, the son of Frederick Perz and Nancy Briggs. He was the brother to Scott and Robyn Perz. After graduating from high school he joined the United States Marine Corp.

He moved to Wichita in 2018. He loved fishing, playing video games, and anything science fiction.

He is survived by his wife Sianna Perz and children Matthew Jones, Sara Jones, Jared Perz, and Liam Perz.

He was a wonderful friend, husband, and father. He will be missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in accordance with his wishes.

Arrangements are by Affordable Cremations Plus, Wichita, Kansas.
