Jennifer Lee Ann ( Phillips) Harper age  75 passed away March 14 , 2025 just 21 hours before her lifemate John Becerra Jr age 81 passed away on March 15, 2025.

John and Jennifer each had a previous marriage before meeting in March of 1992.  It was wonderful courtship and together as a couple they started a new path. In it for the long haul Jennifer and John enjoyed dancing, movies and John's cooking.  They decorated for every occasion and Christmas was like a winter wonderland at their home.

Jennifer loved the Lord and shared His scripture with any person who would listen. She prayed for everyone even if she had just met you. John had an artist's soul and enjoyed creating different art with stained glass, pottery, ceramics, paintings, jewelry and music.

John and Jennifer made their home in the San Jose area of California for many years before moving to Vista, CA .  In August of 2024 they moved to Arkansas City, KS to live with family.

They will be missed by all who knew them.

Not everyone is blessed to find a love so genuine and real that it carries with you beyond this lifetime into the next. Thirty-three years in love as this love story begins a new chapter, together in heaven.

Jennifer and John leave behind John's daughters, Melanie Robinson of Stockton, CA, Melissa Pena of Tucson, AZ; son Anthony Becerra and grandson Matthew Pena of Tucson, AZ.

Jennifer's son Gary Harper and wife Gari of Arkansas City, KS.; brother Steve Phillips and wife Pam of Vista, CA along with Ben, Morgan, Olive, Otis and Jude Phillips as well as Sam Phillips.
