Judy Porter, 70, passed away September 28, 2025 at her home in Salina, KS,after a long illness.

She was born Judy Kay Powell January 22, 1955 in Salina, KS to Ira and Phyllis Powell.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include stepchildren Ian Berg (Jenny), Bobby Berg (Aingel) and Jewel Berg and five step grandchildren. Also many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.  Siblings Dianna Kelly (Rob), Debra Davis (Vic), Jerry Powell (Brenda), Darla Waymaster (Harold) and Joni Root (Dave).

Judy also leaves behind cats Bella and Elsa who she dearly loved and gave her comfort in her last days.

Judy loved children and ran a day care in her home for many years.  She had a unique way to create many clever solutions for convenience in her home.

A Celebration of Life will be held at CrossRoads Church, 1125 W South Street, Salina, KS on Saturday, October 18 at 11:00 am.
