With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Junior "Dale" Higgins. He entered heaven and met his Savior Jesus Christ on November 20, 2025, at home surrounded by his loved ones.

Dale was born December 26, 1964 in Stillwell Oklahoma. Where he found his love for fishing and hunting. In 1983 his true purpose began when he became a father. Dale moved to Kansas in 1989 when he fell in love with his wife Shondria. They had a beautiful life together. And between the two had six children they adored.

Dale loved his children and grandchildren with his whole heart and would do anything to put a smile on their faces. He was a good man that never met a stranger.

He lived by the words "Always do the right thing, even when no one is watching". It was his definition of a person's character.

He is survived by his wife Shondria Higgins; daughters Halea Reed (Joseph), Shelby Higgins (Steven), and Madison Higgins; sons Brandon Johnson (Anna), and Wesley Higgins (Chrissy) Bonus kids, Rolex Kiptoo, Kayla Baxley, Hope & Scott Reed. Brother Stanford Higgins, Sister Anna Belle; grandkids Cameron, Kimberly, Scott, Marty, Stephanie, Liam, Riley, Jaxson, Emmett, Kaya, Mackensie, Skylar, Destany, Kadah, Hayley, Dawson, Dylan, Kaedrianna, Kaysen, Paityn, Makiya, Zavier, Izaiah, Aaron, Braylee, Leightinn, Addy; and three great grand babies Ares, Alorah, and Easton.

He is preceded in death with his momma Margaret Cook; father Kenneth Fuson; brother Cody Cook; son Bryan Dale Higgins; and great granddaughter Indica Wayt.
