Justin Wade Estes, 46, of Wichita died on November 29, 2024 in Wichita, Kansas.

He was born on September 10, 1978 in Wichita, the son of Charles and Shirley Smith Estes. Justin was raised in Wichita where he graduated from Wichita East High School in 1996.

After graduating from high school he worked for a carnival based in Texas. He later traveled across the country as a Federal Petitioner. Justin lived in the Spokane, Washington area for 25 years until returning to Wichita in 2021.

Most recently Justin had been working at Spirit Aerosystems as a sheet metal machinist and union steward.

Justin was an avid video game player of Runescape as well as a chess player. He was a master of rubik's cube along with being a coin collector and working with electronics.

Survivors include his brother Curtis Estes whom he lived with; two sons Jonathan "Dakota" Miner of Rapid City, S.D. and Ivan Herrin Estes of Spokane, Washington.

He is also survived by other brothers and sisters Joey A. Goss of Wichita, Rachelle Houck of Salina, Gailen Houck of Minneapolis, Ks., Joshuah Standefer of Decatur, Ark., Jamie Patrick of Redding, Calif., Mandy Johnson of Owasso, Okla., Pamela Standerfer of Pueblo, Colo., Jeremiah Standerfer of Kechi, Ks., and James Standerfer of Wichita.

Justin is preceded in death by his parents.
