Kathleen Louella (Eisenacher) Shinkle

Died: Wichita, KS 09/18/2024

Kathleen passed away peacefully after losing her battle with cancer.

She reunites with her parents Frederick and Lydia (Reisig) Eisenacher and brothers, Harold and Donald. Sisters: Helen Hopp, Nancy Evans and Bonnie Cox.

Kathleen was born in Michigan and spent most of her life in Cypress, CA before moving to the Midwest. During her time in California, she raised three daughters and eventually became a grandma. She sure loved her grandchildren.

Kathleen eventually moved to the Midwest in 2005. She had lived in Missouri, then Oklahoma and then moved to Kansas in 2014.

Kathleen is survived by her daughters, Christine Edberg (Steven) and Sherry Clark of Wichita KS, and estranged daughter Cindy Stanley.

She leaves behind several beloved grandchildren: James (Marissa) Clark, Steven (Ashlee) Clark, Kenny (Samantha) Clark of Idaho, Ricky (Shauntel) Clark of Pennsylvania, Crystal Raymond and Jennifer Shellenberg of Oregon, Joey Fotia and Jimmi Fotia of California, Donnie Edberg and Aubrey Edberg of Kansas and several great grandchildren.

Kathleen was blessed to also have had the love and prayers from close friends, nephew Billy Fayad, and especially from her nieces, Ruth (Hopp) Correia, Debbie Hopp, Tammy (Hopp) Smith and Lisa (Fayad) Dade, during her journey home.

There will be no services at the request of Kathleen.
