Kenneth John Cooper, born on December 14, 1945, in the territory of Hawaii, passed away peacefully October 5, 2024 in McPherson Kansas.

He grew up in Southern California, attending Rosemead High School and Cal State University Los Angeles. He had many interesting life experiences, including living in Lund, Sweden in the late 1960s, and traveling Europe. He moved to Northern California where worked as a respiratory therapist. He lived in the Bay Area until 2007 when he moved to McPherson, Kansas to be near his only child, Jessica Cooper. Both Ken and his twin brother, Bob were avid fisherman. Ken had a knack for gardening, enjoyed weightlifting and running, and was a connoisseur of fine food. He was a loving father grandfather, uncle and brother. He was known for his kindness, generosity and positive outlook on life.

He is survived by his daughter, Jessica, his granddaughter, Kennedy Kay, his sisters, brother and nieces. He will be dearly missed.
