Kenneth Lee Ward, 77, died Monday, October 20, 2025 at his daughter's home in Burns, Kansas.

He was born on October 12, 1948 in Lawrence, Kansas, the son of Buford and Marcia Wade Ward. Kenneth was raised in the Lawrence area.

Through the years he had lived in Cushing, Oklahoma where he worked for the school district and later in Stroud, Oklahoma. Kenneth had moved to live with his daughter, Stephanie, within the past year.

Kenneth was a jack of all trades. He enjoyed being out in nature, farming and gardening.

Survivors include his two daughters Stephanie Percival of Burns and Lexy Ward and her fiancé` Brandon Lewis of Tulsa; sisters Marsha Akins of Hartford, Ks., Marquita Stout of Lawence, Ks.; grandchildren David Percival, Denise Servis and husband Zach, Blake Percival, Ashton Percival; and six great grandchildren.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents; son Adam Ward; and two brothers Gary and Barton Ward.

No services are currently planned.
