Kim Sharp, 66, passed away on November 14th, 2025, in her home in Haysville, Ks.

The second of three children, Kim was born in Kansas City, Mo, on February 2, 1959 to Robert and Ila Workman. In time, the family settled Wichita, Ks where Kim would have two children of her own and dedicate 20 years to the United States Postal Service, including many years as a Union Steward.

Kim is most often remembered for her humor. Using her sharp wit and clever observations, Kim enjoyed telling stories and making others laugh.

In years past, she enjoyed traveling to visit family or escaping to Vegas or Colorado with friends. She loved the simple joys of a good book, annual traditions of Riverfest days and family Christmas, a game of spades or just sitting at the dinner table giggling with loved ones.

Kim is survived by her daughter, Lindsey, two grandchildren and great grandchildren. As well as, her sister, Cyndi, sister in law, Joni, her nieces, nephews and extended family & friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 28, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Affordable Cremations Plus, 7920 W Kellogg Drive Suite 200 Wichita, Ks.
