Kimberly (Kim) Ann Lawson, 69, lifelong resident of Wichita, died Saturday, November 9, 2024 at her home.

She was born on July 21, 1955 in Wichita, Kansas, the daughter of Floyd "Willie" and Betty Martin/ Williamson. Kimberly graduated from Wichita East High School, class of 1973.

She worked at Wichita Police Records Department.  For several years she had been a Clerk for the City of Wichita Municipal Court along with being a Bailiff in the Sedgwick County Courts. Kimberly had also worked as a security guard at the Wichita Greyhound Park.

Survivors include her son Jake (Tora) Lawson and his wife Amy of Wichita; sister Stacey Williamson; granddaughter Gretchen Lawson; and great granddaughter Adalyn Lawson.

Kim is preceded in death by her parents; infant daughter Nikki Lawson; brother Gregg Williamson, and her niece and nephew Monica and Luke German.

Private family services will be held out of state.
