Kimberly Ann Schnackenberg, 60, of Arkansas City, Kansas, died Monday, September 23, 2024 at the Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice Unit of Ascension Via Christi Medical Center-St. Francis in Wichita, Kansas.

She was born on November 25, 1963 in Pittsburg, Kansas. The family moved to Arkansas City where she lived until moving to the Corpus Christi, Texas area with her mother.

Kim lived the majority of her life in Corpus Christi, working as a Warehouse Planner in Orange Grove, Texas and later as a Buyer for a Plumbing Company. She returned to Arkansas City in 2017.

Kim enjoyed roller skating as well as hunting and fishing.

Survivors include her three brothers John Schnackenberg, Kurt Schnackenberg and his wife Sabrina of Arkansas City, and Kris Schnackenberg of Wichita, Ks.; step-father Dave Herrington of Corpus Christi, Texas; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Kim is preceded in death by her father Richard Schnackenberg; mother Shirley Kimmel Herrington; and brother Rick Schnackenberg.

The family has entrusted her care to Affordable Cremations Plus of Wichita, Kansas.
