Kisha Rachquel (Turnbull) Mullins of Salina, Kansas, passed away at Salina Regional Hospital in Salina Kansas on May 29th, 2026.

Kisha was born on March 5th, 1975 to Beverly Nelson and Richard Turnbull. She graduated from Salina Central High School before attending Salina Tech to become a dental technician, she later then got her CMA license.

Kisha never met a stranger and befriended everyone she met. She was known for her beautiful smile and bubbly personality.

Kisha is survived by her husband, the love of her life, Jeff Mullins of Salina, her children; Logan Welch-Salina, Kiera Stewart-Salina, Caleb Stewart-Hutchinson, Michael Stewart-Hutchinson, Jerzee Mullins-Salina and Vann Mullins-Salina; her mother Beverly Nelson of Fort Myers, Fla.; brothers; Jeff (Yna) Hollis-Whidbey Island, WA, Dean (Lori) Hollis-Salina, Kyle Deckert-Tescott; and sister Dena (Steve) Blazier of Brookville, Ks. She also leaves behind several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Kisha is preceded in death by her father Richard Turnbull and her bonus mother Judie Turnbull.

A funeral service will be held at a later date.
