Lillian Mae (Weems) Duncan, lovingly known as Lillie or Lil, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2025, in Wichita, Kansas, at the age of 74.

Lil was born on August 17, 1951, in Allen County, Kansas, to Newton and Minnie Weems. She grew up with a vibrant spirit, a deep love for family, and a passion for dancing that never faded throughout her life.

Lillian was first married to Andrew E. Stotler Sr. on October 7, 1966. Together, they raised four children. Later in life, Lillian found love again and married Randy Duncan on December 31, 2005, gaining a blended family of beloved stepchildren. Lillian is survived by husband Randy, brother Emory, son Neeley (Ashley) Stotler, daughter Angel (Jeff) Ouellette-Church, son Travis (Katie) Stotler, step daughters Nikko Vaughn, Sasha J. Duncan-Leongson, Amber Terrell, Megan Conedy, and Michelle Hughes, grandchildren Brittnany Stotler, Kayla Ouellette, Jharman Stotler, Nick Ouellette, Collin Davis, Andrew I. Stotler, Ariana Leongson, Malachi Leongson, Scarlet Leongson, Leia Leongson, Luke Leongson, Shilo Conedy, Braxton Conedy, Riley Vaughn, Katelynn Carns, Hanna Hughes, William Hughes, Charlotte Hughes, Mason Calhoun, and Gracie Calhoun, 3 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her son, Andrew E. Stotler, Jr, her parents, her sisters Rosa, Peggy and Patsy, and her brother William.

Lillian was known for her warm heart, joyful laugh, and boundless energy. She loved Jesus, loved animals of all kinds, and found strength and community in her faith and church. She cherished her time with her children and grandchildren. In recent years, she enjoyed working alongside her husband Randy in the food truck community, where she made countless friends and touched many lives.

Lillian's legacy is one of love, resilience, faith, and family. Her presence will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

A memorial service is planned for Friday, October 10, 2025 at 7:00 pm, at the OneChurch at Pleasant View, in Derby, KS. All are welcome to attend.
