Marcie Yvonne LaRue, 70, died Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at her home in Wichita, Kansas.

She was born on September 13, 1954 in Pitcher, Oklahoma and was raised in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Marcie moved from Arizona to Wichita 40 years ago. She had worked at several restaurants around Wichita where she was a damn good waitress.

Marcie is survived by her daughter Destiny Deleane Elise Marie Trotter and granddaughter Faith Elise Marie Trotter of Wichita.

She is preceded in death by her parents Ivan and Lois LaRue.

A Celebration of Life will be announced later.
