Margaret Helen Larkin, 76, of Wichita, died Saturday, October 11, 2025 at the Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas.

She was born on July 26, 1949 in Litchfield, Minnesota, the daughter of George and Chelsey Burquist Rose. Margaret graduated from high school in John Madison High School in San Diego, California.

She had lived in the San Diego area for many years where she worked as a Certified Nurses Aide and was a member of Northminster Presbyterian Church.

Margaret has lived in Wichita for the past eight years after having lived in Indiana for a few years.  She enjoyed doing cross-stitch, knitting along with other arts and crafts.

Survivors include her two daughters Caren Larkin and Karolyn Larkin both of Wichita along with her grandchildren Annalisa, Zayne, Evin, Talisa, Derwin, Jr.; and great grandchildren Serenity, Aiden, Derwin, III, Cashton, Ruby,  Dominik, Felixx, Kristian, Vanessa, Khloe, Andrew, and Myla

She is also survived by two brothers Richard Rose of Floyds Knobs, Indiana and James Rose of Decatur, Alabama.

Margaret is preceded in death by her parents and brother Bruce Rose.

Family services will be held later.
