Mark Allen Santos, 55, passed away peacefully at his home in Haysville, Kansas, on Sunday, September 28, 2025. He was born on June 8, 1970, in Wichita, Kansas, to Edmund Santos Sr. and Arlene (Lopes) Santos.

Mark will be remembered for his generous heart and unwavering willingness to help others. Whether mowing lawns, tending to neighbors' yards, or lending a hand in countless other ways, he gave selflessly. A man of deep faith, he often shared Bible verses with those around him and even expressed his devotion by writing Christian rock songs.

Music was one of Mark's greatest joys. He loved playing his guitar, harmonica, and electric keyboard. He also delighted in cheering on his beloved Dallas Cowboys, fishing on quiet days, and flying kites with his nieces and nephews. Mark's playful spirit showed in his love for tinkering with bicycles, often fixing and creating with care.

He is preceded in death by his father, Edmund Santos Sr., and his brother-in-law, Elmer Stock.

Mark is survived by his son, Joshua Allen Santos; his mother, Arlene Santos; his brothers, Edmund Santos Jr. and Robert Santos (Rhonda); his sisters, Sherri Stock, Lori Santos (Yamil Ramos), and Margaret High; his grandchildren, Azalea and Lucas; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Mark's life was a testament to kindness, faith, and family. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., funeral service to follow on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. with viewing from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. all being held at Haysville United Methodist Church 601 E Grand Haysville, Ks 67060.
