Marshal Rea Peoples, 47, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away unexpectedly on September 2, 2025. He was born September 30, 1977, in Wichita, Ks, to Mitchell and Maudie Peoples.

Following the death of his father, Marshal's mother remarried Ron Richardson, and the family relocated to Great Bend, Ks, where Marshal was raised.

Marshal was a fan of the Boston Red Sox and the Philadelphia Eagles. Had a love for American Pit Bull Terriers and dog showing. Attending concerts and almost never missed an opportunity for a Widespread Panic show at Red Rocks Amphitheater.
In September, 2006, Marshal married Jessica Barragan, and together they were blessed with two children, Kannyon Mitchel and Kynnedy Greta Mae.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and several aunts and uncles. Marshal is survived by his father Ron Richardson; his wife Jessica; his children Kannyon and Kynnedy; his brother Matthew (Kelly) Peoples; his sister Maudie (Josh) Hood; and his nieces ans nephews Samantha (Austin), Jesse, Logan, Katie, Kylie, Tanner and Ryder.

Final goodbyes will be held at Affordable Cremations, 7920 W. Kellogg Drive, Suite 200, Wichita Ks 67209. September 11, 2025 for friends and acquaintances from 10:00 to 12:30 with a private family and close friends service at 1:30.
