Patricia Dean Deck, 64, died Sunday, July 6, 2025 at her home in Wichita, Kansas.
She was born on January 11, 1961 in Kingman, Kansas, the daughter of Earl Ross and Margaret Elizabeth Ebeling Deck. Patty was raised in Hutchinson, Kansas where she attended high school and played softball for the Rail House Movers. Patty served six years in the Army Reserves.

Patty moved to Salina, Kansas where she worked for Beechcraft until moving to Wichita in 1993 and working for Beachcraft/Raytheon, where she remained for over 25 years before retiring in 2009.

She loved her dogs and spending time at the lake with family and friends.
Survivors include her siblings Robert L Deck and wife Thaylia of South Hutchinson; Carol J Mellenbruch and husband Lowell of Hutchinson; Keith E Deck and spouse Allen of Wichita; long time friend Betty Rupp of Wichita; 2 nephews and 2 nieces.
She was Preceded in death by her parents; sister Carla Sue Wright and a nephew.
Private family services will be held.
