It is with deep sorrow that we are announcing the sudden passing of Robert Phillip Paltjon, 63, of Larned, Kansas on February 5,2026. He was born on July 18, 1962 in Camden, NJ to Robert and Alice (Priest) Paltjon.

Robert was raised in Atco, NJ and attended Edgewood Regional High School. After school, he joined the Army, where he was a 13B10 Cannon Crewman, earning recognition as a sharpshooter, and first class Hand grenade, as well as receiving a humanitarian service medal.
He was an automobile mechanic by trade, but he excelled at tile work, and was always in the middle of a remodeling tile job.
His passions were his cat, Pumpkin, and his immense clock collection, which he proudly displayed all over the house. He could always be seen sitting at the desk, studiously working on one of his clocks.

Robert is survived by his loving mother Alice, his brother Jim (Donna), and his 2 sisters, Jean (Hank), and Lynn. He also left behind 30 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his life partner of 17 years, Autumn Longey, and by his father, Robert.

Inurnment will be private at Brigadier General William C Doyle Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ with his family in attendance.
