Robin C. Neely "Robbie",70, was born November 11, 1954 in El dorado, Ks to Joann Neely, he was later adopted by Elwood and Katherine Neely.  Robin passed away on September 17, 2025, in Wichita, Ks.

He grew up in El Dorado where he was well known for his tap dancing, and was a licensed cosmetologist and attended culinary school. He also lived in Washington D.C., and in Wichita, Ks.

Robin was preceded in death by his parents, Elwood and Katherine Neely, three brothers; Richard, Elwood "Sonny", and Vernon "Buddy", and two sisters; Joann Neely, and Evelyn Allen.

He is survived by his sister, Kathy Broadus, of Wilmington Nc, 5 nieces and 5 nephews, and a host of cousins and friends.

Memorial service will be held at a later date.
