Ronald Gibson

Ronald Lee Gibson, 74, died August 12, 2026 at his home in Wichita, Kansas.

He was born on December 1, 1951 in Arkansas City, Kansas, the son of Cecil A. and Geneva Clemmons Gibson. Ronnie was raised in Ark City, graduating from Arkansas City High School.

Through the years he had lived in California and Utah before settling in Wichita where he had worked for Boeing Aircraft.

Survivors include his son Brandon Clint Gibson of South Riding, Virginia; daughter Misty Whitson of Fall River, Kansas; brother Clark Gibson of Arkansas City; and six grandchildren.

Ronnie is preceded in death by his parents and sister Kay Perdue.

Private services will be held.

Arrangements are by Affordable Cremations Plus, Wichita, Kansas.
