Rose Marie Caudell, 78, of Wichita, died Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at the Family Health and Rehabilitation Center in Wichita, Kansas.

She was born on September 24, 1946 in Milledgeville, Georgia, a little Georgia peach, the daughter of William Franklin and Rose Evelyn Tanner Beck. After graduating from high school Rose attended Cosmetology School.

She moved from Georgia to Wichita in 1975 where she operated Ree's Day Care for over 35 years.

Rose loved to go shopping and playing Bingo along with listening to Gospel and Country Music, especially Chris Stapleton and Elvis Presley. Although her favorite time was spent with her dog Sammy.

Survivors include her daughter Tabatha Wallace and her husband Todd of Wichita; grandchildren Bella Caudell, Adison Caudell, Abigail Caudell, Liam Wallace, Jayden Workman, Emma Workman; and close friend and "adopted daughter" Sarah Parton and her husband Justin of Haysville, Kansas.

Rose is preceded in death by her parents.

A Celebration of Rose's life will be held at 3:00P.M., Sunday, January 26 at Southern Hills Senior Residence, 3305 E 31st St S, Wichita, KS 67216.
