Roy E. Elliott Jr., 73, passed away peacefully on January 16, 2026, with his family by his side.

Born on October 5, 1952, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Roy and Delores Elliott. Roy later made Wichita, Kansas his home. There, he met and married the love of his life, Cindy Marley, beginning a life centered on devotion to family and hard work.

Roy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was preceded in death by his son, Scott Elliott, and is survived by his wife, Cindy; daughters Brandi Elliott-Espinoza (Roberto) and Kellie Elliott-Mwayera (Owen); seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren, all of whom he deeply adored.

A lifelong learner, Roy earned both a Bachelor of Science degree and a MBA from Friends University. He dedicated more than four decades to manufacturing research and development at Boeing and Spirit AeroSystems, retiring after a long and proud career.

A private funeral service is scheduled for January 22, 2026.
