Sandra Jo Choate, 61, died Sunday, August 31, 2025 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas.

She was born on October 16, 1963 in Alva, Oklahoma. Sandy was raised in Moore, Oklahoma where she graduated from high school and was on the cheerleading team.

She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, coloring and cross stitching. She loved family time every Sunday with Kim Warne and great nephew Wade Alexander. Through the years Sandy had work at the V.A. Hospital in Oklahoma City, General Motors Factory in Oklahoma City, and the Hostess Store in Moore, Oklahoma.

Sandy is survived by her brother Christopher Walker / Rebecca of Colorado Springs, Colorado; sister-in-law Kimberly Warne / Brad of Valley Center along with niece Heather Alexander /Josh Taylor and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents Donald and Clara Miller Walker and brother Mike Walker.

Private family services will be held.
