Santy Overton White, Sr., 35, lifelong resident of Wichita, crossed over the river on December 13, 2024 in Wichita, Kansas.

He was born on May 31, 1989 in Wichita, the son of Harry Overton and Elizabeth Burford White. Being raised in Wichita, Santy attended both Kapaun and Heights High Schools.

He was a member of Holy Savior Catholic Church. An avid sports fan, Santy loved watching basketball and football.

Survivors include his two sons Santy White, Jr. and Alexander White both of Wichita along with their mother Socorro Canas also of Wichita; his grandmother Shirley Chargois and brother Christopher White both of Wichita; sister Tina Stone of Nampa, Idaho. Santy is also survived by his step-children Anthony Cameron and Joaquin Canas.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

The casket will be open at Affordable Cremations Plus on Thursday (December 26th) between 4:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M.

The Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be said at 10:30 A.M., Friday (December 27th) followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M., both at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Wichita.

The care of Santy has been entrusted to Affordable Cremations Plus, Wichita.
